Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The difference is how they are created. Lab grown diamonds are grown in a controlled environment rather than mined from the earth.Â
Orders
How do I make a purchase?
All of our jewelry is made to order. You can place an order directly through our website or contact us to work with us personally. Because we operate as a private jeweler without the overhead of a traditional retail store, large showroom, or extensive inventory, we’re able to offer pricing that is often significantly lower than traditional retail.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation with your details. We personally confirm every order before your piece goes into production to make sure everything is exactly as requested.
Can I order something I don't see on the website?
Yes. Everything we make is made to order, so you’re not limited to what you see online. If you have a specific piece in mind, send us a photo or tell us what you’re looking for and we can work with you to create it exactly the way you want.
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
All orders take about 2-3 weeks to be shipped and they are shipped out for next day delivery with signature. A tracking number will be provided
What is your return policy?
Because every Dannari piece is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. Before production, we’ll review the details of your piece with you and provide a CAD rendering for your approval, so you can see and approve the design before it is made.

Why are your prices lower than traditional jewelry stores?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t have the same overhead as a traditional jewelry store with a large showroom and extensive inventory. That allows us to offer exceptional lab-grown diamond jewelry at a much better value without compromising on quality.
